When patients visit McAfee Medical Clinic (MMC), they first meet Pam and Tracy. The top priority for MMC is great patient care and that process begins with these two ladies. Pam and Tracy are the first point of contact for all MMC patients. They make sure the MMC staff has the information needed to provide quality care for each and every patient. Although Pam’s and Tracy’s responsibilities are too numerous to list here, they include updating patient files, verifying insurance information, and ensuring that the nurses and doctors are informed of each patients’ needs.
Pam, Patient Management Receptionist
Pam has been with the MMC for eleven years. She most enjoys helping each and every patient feel welcome and at ease when they come to the office. Pam has been married for over 30 years and has three grown children and four precious grandchildren. When she gets a free day, she most enjoys relaxing and spending time with her grandchildren. Pam loves cheesecake, to read, listen to music, and watch movies.
Tracy, Patient Management Receptionist
Tracy joined the MMC five years ago. She enjoys her job and looks forward to getting to know the patients better. Although she finds it challenging to complete the many tasks before her each day, she knows that the MMC patients appreciate her personal touch. Tracy is blessed to be married with two children. She loves Christmas, cheesecake, and enjoys any day she can spend with her family on the lake. Tracy likes to draw, bowl, and watching her children in their many activities.
